01  The Beginning

The Conversation

Every project begins with a conversation, not a questionnaire. We want to understand how you live before we ever open a sample book. We ask about the books on your shelves, the trips that changed you, the objects you have carried across decades. We listen for the story your home should tell. This initial consultation is complimentary. The fee is donated to a nonprofit organization of your choice, because every conversation should contribute something beyond the room it begins.

02  Discovery

The Narrative

Before a single material is selected, we develop what we call the project narrative, a written articulation of what the space should feel like, where it belongs in the world, and what it should say about the people who inhabit it. This is not a mood board. It is a brief, a thesis, a point of view. The narrative guides every decision that follows, from the color of a wall to the weight of a fabric. It is why our rooms feel inevitable rather than assembled.

03  Design Development

The Architecture of a Room

With the narrative as our guide, we develop the full design: floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, material palettes, lighting schemes, and custom millwork drawings. We present these to you in a single, comprehensive design presentation, not piecemeal, not provisional, but complete and considered. We source globally: from dealers in Paris and London, from studios in New York, from craftspeople in Omaha, Nebraska and the broader Midwest. Everything is chosen with the care of an archivist and the eye of a collector.

04  Procurement & Execution

The Management

Once the design is approved, we handle everything. Procurement, contractor management, vendor coordination, delivery scheduling, and site supervision. You will be kept informed at key milestones, but you will not be burdened by the day-to-day. This is the core of what full-service means: we protect your time. We work with Omaha's most trusted contractors and have established relationships with specialists across the country. Every trade partner is held to the same standard of care we apply to the design itself.

05  The Final Act

The Installation

Installation day, and the days surrounding it, is where the room finally reveals itself. We manage every aspect of the final installation, from furniture placement to art hanging to the arrangement of objects that have been sourced over months. We do not consider a project finished until every detail is exactly as it was designed to be. You return to a home that is complete. Not a work in progress, not a room that needs work, a finished space, ready to be lived in from the first moment you walk through the door.

This approach is shaped by the founders' backgrounds in editorial publishing, art history, and academic research, a combination that no other luxury interior design firm in Omaha or the Midwest can replicate.
The best projects begin not with a budget, but with a conversation about what a home should feel like.
